	Great bell. Similar to the 36 kg. Lifeline but a little bigger. E paint. Good balance, flat bottom and definitely military grade. Got my first workout with it today, when you start working out with the 40 kg. bells and up you have joined the big boys. KBUSA thanks for your integrity and quality product. At 5'10" and 240 pounds I am stronger and more flexible that when I was a Marine, just not as fast on my feet. After today's workout I was hungry for protein. 	This Bulldog bites!!
