About the Authors Michael Castrogiovanni holds a degree in Kinesiology
emphasizing on fitness nutrition and health and is a Russian Kettlebell
instructor, a CSCS and an ACSM health fitness instructor.
Brett Jones holds a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine
and a Masters in Rehabilitative Science and is a Senior Instructor in
the Russian Kettlebell Challenge program. Also a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Brett uses a combination of
techniques to maximize the performance of his clients.
