• Please understand that shipping kettlebells to APO/FPO/DPO's is NOT EASY. There is also a lot of paperwork (customs forms) & handling. Please be patient with these orders.

• Sometimes you might have trouble placing your order. If this is the case, please contact us and we will do everything we can to expedite your order. The most common mistake is an incorrect billing address. Please make sure your credit card billing address is correct.
  

• You MUST only purchase kettlebells from the "APO/FPO/DPO Shipping" category. This is important, otherwise the system will not correctly process your order.

• Please note that once USPS has delivered your package to the "Military Postal Service Agency" it is out of our hands and you must contact them for information on the whereabouts of your package.

• Important Shipping Notice: Paradigm Pro™ Competition Kettlebells cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in USPS Flat RateBoxes due to the large diameter of the bell. They must be shipped Parcel Post or Priority Mail. We recommend shipping by Priority Mail as Parcel Post can be quite slow. The maximum size kettlebell that can be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address is 28 KG/62 Lbs.
